From March 7 to 9, it was time once again: out of everyday life, into winter fun! Our GALEMO family weekend at the Hochkar was once again a true highlight this year - with over 50 participants big and small, good spirits, and brilliant sunshine, we said farewell to winter together. The JUFA hotel at the Hochkar provided the perfect backdrop for it: right on the slope, in the middle of a snowy paradise, with plenty of room for conversation, adventure, and relaxation.
Whether skiing, hiking, playing, or simply chilling out - there was something for everyone!
While some happily carved through the snow in spring-like temperatures, others enjoyed the peace of the mountains on a hike or cozy time together with old and new friends. Especially nice: 10 of our young alumni were there too - a real sign of the vibrant GALEMO community!

The children ran around, laughed, and had their fun - and the parents? They took the opportunity to chat, exchange ideas, and take a breather. Finally, time again to just be.
Powerful takeaways at the self-defense workshop
A special highlight was the workshop by Irmengard Weckauf-Hanzal ([www.sami.at](https://www.sami.at)): with great expertise and heart, she introduced us to the 6A emergency plan - a practical self-defense concept that provides security and room to act in tricky situations. Many thanks, dear Irmi, for this valuable contribution!
