We collect all fees exclusively by direct debit.

One-time costs

Tuition fees for the 2024/25 school year

We currently charge approximately €5.50 per meal for lunch. To calculate the monthly cost, we multiply this amount by the number of school days (Monday to Thursday) and divide it into ten monthly payments, which we collect along with the school fees. For the 2023/24 school year, this results in a monthly meal contribution of approximately €80. Unfortunately, we cannot reduce the cost if, for example, your child misses individual days due to illness.

At the beginning of each school year, we collect €100 to cover the costs of excursions, admission tickets, and other expenses, and we transfer this amount to the GALEMO expense account. If the funds run out during the school year, we will request an additional contribution. We carry over any remaining balance to the next school year. If your child leaves the school, we will refund the remaining balance. Additionally, we charge €38 per semester for teaching materials such as notebooks and books.

School fees are subject to annual index adjustments. They are debited from your account 12 times a year for tuition fees, 10 times a year for supervised leisure activities, and once a year for the annual association fee. The association only processes registrations with direct debit authorisation enclosed.

Sibling discount

We offer a discount on school fees for younger siblings attending GALEMO. We apply a 10% discount for the first sibling, a 20% discount for the second, and a 30% discount for each additional sibling. Families can claim this discount for the period during which the siblings attend GALEMO together.
